Terms of Service

  1. As a donor choosing to participate in Give. Love. Xavier, Xavier University of Louisiana requires that you enter into this Memorandum of Understanding which sets forth the services and duties provided by Xavier University of Louisiana and the roles and responsibilities of all participants.

    1. I understand that only donations made through the Giving Day website will count toward any prizes and incentives offered as part of the giving day event.
    2. I understand that my gift designation will receive all the monies that have been donated.
    3. I understand that GiveGab.com is an online platform that will safely process all contributions made to Xavier University of Louisiana.
    4. I understand that all donations will be disbursed within 5 business days via electronic funds transfer.
    5. I understand any donations processed outside of the Giving Day Period, through GiveGab.com, or subsequent recurring donations are subject to transaction fees outlined on GiveGab.com.
